I'm not one for small talk, so here's who I really am.

 

I'm a wife and hopefully someday a mom to little ones besides my crazed Australian Shepherds. I fully get the frustrations of deployments and constantly being asked where my husband is. I know what it's like to advocate for my health when I feel like I'm the only one doing it. I worked hard for a Bachelor's degree in English and a Masters in Education and then taught for one year but had to pivot for my own needs. I am thankful that I did, but it took time to process. I find freedom in embracing my inner feminine as a woman, and I feel like that's pretty powerful.
